Therapist's Favorite Relievers

Thought I would share some of my favorite (and my family's) healthy relievers:

The Best Relaxing & Rejuvenating Bath:

Dr. Teal's Relax & Relief with Eucalyptus Spearmint Foaming Bath (liquid) and Relax & Relief Epsom Salt Soaking Solution (both are found generally at Walgreens or Walmart, etc.

Combine the 2 for a GREAT soaking bath and experience the health beneifits.  Epsom Salt contains magnesium sulfate, a mineral vital to our physical well being. Soaking in an Epsom Salt bath is a safe, easy way to increase the body's natural levels of magnesium sulfate, reduce stress, flush toxins, decrease inflammation and provide soothing relief to sore muscles.
